​Our body butters are made with natural ingredients and contain no synthetic stabilizers. Because of this, they may soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer temperatures. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If melting occurs, simply place the butter in the refrigerator for a short time to allow it to solidify again. Please note that we are not responsible for products melting during shipping.
